Avoiding Drugs for Weight Loss

For some odd reason people are upset over the following story. The Qnexa diet pill that would help people with weight loss and obesity will not be approved (as of now) by the FDA. Federal health experts were concerned with side effects for the diet weight loss pill. These safety concerns include memory lapses, suicidal thoughts, heart palpitations and birth defects. These risk do not appear to me to be a good reason to take a synthetic drug when you can just make better food choices, like eating an apple as opposed to a slice of cake.

It was found that the drug helps patients lose pounds, with most reporting more than 10 percent weight loss. Removing the refined starches from your diet could do the same thing but then Big Business wouldn't be able to make billions of dollars.

Eating a diet of 50-80% alkaline foods is a most effective way to lose weight without subjecting yourself to the risks of taking prescription drugs. As a former 300 pound man, i can personally testify to the effectiveness of eating an abundance of plant foods and the results that it will have on your waistline. You have to be held accountable for what goes into your mouth daily and looking for a drug to do the work for you is simply lazy. EAT A HIGH ALKALINE FOOD DIET
